BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
Ella joined Acuity as Team PA in 2025, bringing valuable experience in administration and sales. Prior to joining Acuity, Ella worked as an Administrative Officer for DEFRA, supporting the finance of imports and exports during the challenges of Brexit and Covid. She has also previously worked as a Sales Development Representative focused on new business, building client relationships and developing CRM systems.
Ella holds a degree in Sociology and Skills Certificate in Humanistic Counselling and has a strong interest in people and culture.

Ella enjoys music, playing piano and has a Grade 8 in singing, not to mention signing up for the occasional marathon (even though she insists she’s not a runner).
