Acuity advises Brightsolid on its acquisition of Synergi

Brightsolid, a leading managed cloud and cyber security services provider has acquired Gateshead-based IT solutions provider Synergi.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Brightsolid’s footprint across the UK and enhances its capabilities in cloud and modern workplace solutions. The transaction reflects Brightsolid’s commitment to expanding its presence and offering in the managed services space.
