• $9.0 million investment in Eseye by Accion’s Frontier Investments Group

    VENTURE

Eseye is a leading provider of global cellular internet connectivity for IoT devices, delivering Machine-to-Machine (M2M) solutions to businesses serving key areas of connected home, connected enterprises and connected cities.

Headquartered in the UK, Eseye cover a large global footprint counting managed connectivity customers in 96 countries and continue to deliver the most robust and reliable worldwide network for the Internet of Things.

Accion, a pioneer and leader in bringing financial services to the underserved, has become the first institutional investor in Eseye Ltd through its Frontier Investments Group, with a participating investment in its $9.0 million Series B financing round. Frontier, part of Accion, is a venture equity initiative that invests in companies with disruptive models that enhance the efficiency, reach and scope of financial products and services for those underserved in emerging markets.

“Q Advisors and Acuity Advisors managed our first-ever fundraising process with a high degree of professionalism and swiftness, casting a wide net and leveraging their longstanding senior-level relationships with institutional VCs and growth equity investors in the US and Europe to deliver a successful outcome for Innoveo. Their team’s knowledge of underlying technology, SaaS subscription models, and insuretech/fintech vertical was exactly what we were looking for to position Innoveo with growth equity investors. Their senior staff worked closely with my team to articulate Innoveo’s differentiation against a fragmented market backdrop and exhibit Innoveo’s unique technological, commercial, and financial attributes that made us stand out from the pack. This funding puts Innoveo on a path to accelerate growth and I look forward to continuing to work with Q and Acuity in the future.”
