5 July 2023, London, UK – Acuity is pleased to announce that it has advised DisplayNote Technologies on its sale to Volaris Group.

Volaris Group, with their “buy and hold forever” approach to acquisitions, can help DisplayNote continue towards its mission of enhancing every meeting room and learning environment with its advanced technology.

DisplayNote, is a Belfast-based developer of technology that simplifies how people present, share and collaborate through wireless screen sharing and intelligent meeting management solutions enabling frictionless collaboration for the world’s classrooms and meeting spaces.

DisplayNote’s core products include Montage, which enables presenters to wirelessly mirror their device to a central interactive display, Broadcast, which mirrors the details of any display to multiple user devices, and Launcher, meeting room software designed to easily connect meeting room users to video conference meetings on any display.
