In the first six months of the year, TCMS M&A activity has been dominated by two landmark deals in May (the completion of Vodafone’s merger with Three and the announcement of VMO2’s 70/30 merger with Daisy). For Acuity’s TCMS team, in spite of the adverse macroeconomic conditions that have been felt across the market, there is cause for optimism with five successful completions in H1 across fibre, IT and cloud communications.
