Acuity is pleased to announce it has advised M247 Group, a leading international provider of hosting, data transport, and cloud solutions, on the sale of its UK connectivity and IT services operations, including associated infrastructure and personnel, to Convergence Group.
This transaction aligns with M247 Group’s strategic focus on serving international, multi-jurisdictional enterprise customers. The Group is deepening its commitment to supporting global enterprises and increasing investment in high-growth, cutting-edge technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and AI inference.
Convergence Group is a specialist in complex networking solutions, trusted by more than 800,000 clients across a wide range of sectors, including major household names. The acquisition significantly enhances its capability and footprint in the UK.
