Acuity advises Gradwell on its sale to Onecom

Gradwell Communications is an experienced and cutting-edge cloud technology company delivering leading cloud communications services to thousands of businesses. Gradwell’s solution portfolio includes its own business-hosted voice system (Wave) and SIP network, as well as award-winning unified communications solutions leveraging 3CX and Microsoft Teams, alongside robust connectivity services.

This acquisition enhances Onecom’s capabilities through Gradwell’s expert direct and channel teams, expands its geographic reach with offices in Bath and Leeds, and adds an established, loyal customer base. The combined expertise and resources will deliver even greater strategic value and service to customers.
