Acuity Advisors, the independent corporate advisory boutique, today announced the appointment of Marcus Allchurch as its new corporate finance partner in the UK.
Marcus brings to the Acuity team over 13 years of mid-market and cross-border M&A experience coupled with strong industry capability from his time working as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at EE, the UK’s biggest mobile network operator.
Marcus has significant experience across a number of sectors, with a keen focus on TMT about which he is passionate. Marcus has thrived in all of the environments in which he has worked, including EE, KPMG Corporate Finance and BDO Corporate Finance and has a track record of delivering outstanding results for his clients.
