Business sale of Capital Capture to PHS Group plc secured by Acuity Advisors

Corporate advisory, Acuity Advisors use their document management track record and sector expertise to secure the business sale of Capital Capture to PHS Group

Acuity Advisors, the independent corporate advisory, have secured the business sale of document scanning specialists Capital Capture Ltd and Capital Capture (North) Ltd to PHS Group plc, one of the largest providers of workplace services to UK business.

Founded in 1998, Capital Capture are experts in providing outsourced on-site and off-site document scanning and data capture services for their clients with a 125-strong team located at sites in London and Warrington. Managing director, Mark Kirpalani, and his whole management team are staying on after completion to help push the business on, demonstrating the all-round success of the deal.

The private-equity-backed PHS Group supports more than 250,000 customers across the UK, and the purchase of Capital Capture complements its existing records management and document destruction services. “The acquisition of Capital Capture enables PHS to offer technologically advanced document and data capture solutions, alongside our existing records management and confidential shredding.
