Adopted by tier one games developers including EA, Activision, Capcom, Konami and Popcap, Marmalade’s technology was used for the development and deployment of high profile games such as Final Fantasy, Need for Speed and Resident Evil to mobile devices. Marmalade is the trading name of Ideaworks3D Limited.

Harvey Elliott, CEO, Ideaworks3D commented: “Acuity has invaluable experience in navigating through complex international transactions. They approached their network of investors on our behalf and successfully managed the detailed negotiations through to completion.”

Matthew Byatt, partner at Acuity said: “Securing funding in today’s climate requires a great deal of hard work and effort. The funding interest we received clearly demonstrates the immense power of the technology and the capability of the management team.”
