Technology focused corporate finance boutique Acuity Advisors has secured the sale of property software company Estate Technical Solutions Limited (“ETSOS”) to dmgi::land&property emea&apac (“dmgi”).
ETSOS, based in Caton near Lancaster, is a leading provider of technology to conveyancing solicitors and other property professionals. ETSOS operates a proprietary Cloud-based platform that delivers property professionals with the widest range of data, searches and reports required to execute UK property transactions. The ETSOS platform plays a key role in helping property professionals identify and manage risks in property transactions driving compliant advice and significant process efficiencies.
dmgi provides information to the same end user markets through its leading brands SearchFlow, Landmark and Argyll Environmental. The acquisition of ETSOS adds a conveyancing technology specialist with a reputation for innovation and superior customer services to dmgi’s stable of market leading brands.
