Today, Acuity is a partner-led, technology focused M&A advisory boutique with its sights on selling and buying businesses with a deal value of £10m to £100m. From our offices in London, Cambridge, Thames Valley and Silicon Valley, we have worked with well over 150 technology-enabled private, public, PE and VC-backed businesses.
Having won Best Technology M&A Advisor in 2017 and attaining numerous other recognitions, Acuity continues to grow as a client-focused business with global reach. The first quarter of 2018 has been busy, with the company advising on transactions including the sale of Akrion Systems to Naura Microelectronics Equipment, which completed in January, and raising finance for Augmented Reality solutions developer Ncam Technologies in March.
Our ideal candidate will take the lead in delivering sell side, buy side and fundraising transactions from start to finish, acting as the deal leader throughout the process. They will support the successful conversion of qualified new business leads through the pitch process and into new clients, being comfortable working autonomously and remotely, accompanied by regular face to face time with the existing team. Experience in the technology, media and telecoms sector would be particularly useful given the expertise Acuity is known for in the market.
