Due to continued growth, Acuity are looking for an Origination Manager to join the team. As an Origination Manager, you will take ownership initiating and delivering agile outbound campaigns, qualifying and progressing inbound sales leads as well as helping to coordinate and prepare sales pitch materials. Ultimately, you will be responsible for developing a sales pipeline of high quality qualified prospects that will underpin the company’s medium-term growth.

You should be comfortable working autonomously and remotely, accompanied by regular face to face time with the team.

The successful candidate will have business development experience in a professional services organisation. You will have a sales-oriented mindset and will have a demonstrable track record of growing a quality sales pipeline. In addition, you will be comfortable and credible when speaking with potential clients. Experience in the technology, media and telecoms sector would be particularly useful given the expertise Acuity are known for. A desire to work within a fast-growing M&A advisory business is imperative and subsequently you would potentially describe yourself as personable and a tenacious self-starter who has the ability to work on their own, to specific deadlines.
