Acuity Advisors are looking for an experienced executive assistant to support the effective day-to-day working of business. They will work closely with the existing client support execs and the company Partners to deliver client projects and interface directly with clients to co-ordinate all activities. They will help develop and maintain existing client relationships and may occasionally need to attend client meetings where extra support is required. In addition they will help provide everyday administrative tasks such as diary management, support and managing all back office processes to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business. They should be very comfortable working autonomously and remotely but can expect regular face to face time with the existing client support execs and the company directors.
Provide project support to partner responsible for client project
Direct contact with client to co-ordinate all project activity
Research to build prospect lists for projects
Making direct approaches to potential prospects to inform them of the client opportunity
Co-ordinating client meetings and workshops
Ensure project documentation is up to date
Back Office Systems:
Own and administer specific back office systems and processes
Diary Management (jointly with other Client Support Execs):
Full diary management for company partners
Proactive approach to helping directors be efficient with travel time and co-ordinating meetings, both planned and ad-hoc
Making travel arrangements
