Acuity advises CommuniGator on cross-border sale to Spotler

Spotler, a Netherlands based Marketing Automation Company has acquired growing UK B2B marketing SaaS provider, CommuniGator.

The acquisition of CommuniGator creates a European organisation that can better address the growing requirements of increasingly sophisticated marketers and sales professionals. An improved combined offering can be expected through the blending of industry knowledge, technological innovation and geographic strengths resulting in best in class software. Acuity’s Marcus Allchurch and Brian Snelling advised the CommuniGator shareholders on a global exit process.

CommuniGator is a complete B2B marketing automation suite enabling lead generation through ranking and identifying website visitors as potential customers, email based auto-nurturing of leads and fully automated email, social and event marketing activities​. CommuniGator was established in 2005 and is headquartered in the UK.

Spotler, a Dutch leader in e-mail marketing and marketing automation provides software to more than 5000 users in the Netherlands. Spotler helps marketers and communication professionals to excel using e-mail marketing automation that is easy to use yet still extremely powerful and result driven.
